I actually own this deck. No proxies, no fakes.This deck was built with the cards I had on hand. I did not go out a buy specific cards to build this deck. It just it what it is.
Use Thassa to trigger your creature's ETB abilities, make copies of Thassa to trigger multiple ETBs every turn, take over your enemies best cards on the battlefield, and wait for Jace, Lab. Maniac, or Thassa's Oracle to hit the battlefield, then play Leveler and win.

I mean, if i really wanted to mill everyone else... but I use this deck as a sneak win. Everyone just hates all the counterspelling before I finally combo off, using Oracle and Puzzle Box to find Leveler. Basically, stall the game until you win. Use Folio to make everyone love you for drawing cards and not having to ditch. (I could put agro cards in, but the chances of surviving while trying to get the win con i built around is rough. especially in my play group.)
It's just fun shenanigans otherwise.
read the card again its ETB doesnt mill it allows u to free cast spells from opponents graveyards
Reread the card. I was looking at a small picture the bottom text looked like "flavor". That card would bust this deck. I will look into finding this card. Good call.(But as said in the description of the deck... this was built with cards that I just happen to have, built around Thassa bouncing Thassa's Oracle until I find Leveler, while sitting back countering everything everyone is trying to do.)Either way. I am putting Chancellor of the Spires on my list to buy. Thanks again.
