Basically you are trying to get Ad Nauseam off as fast as possible and then you can usually win that turn by drawing a ton of pay 0 creatures and artifacts, playing them, then using dark rituals and culling the weak to play a Tendrils of Agony (make sure you draw these with your Ad Nauseam). 10 cards played with Tendrils of Agony in 1 turn is a win. (usually ;])
