Yeah I was also curious about the sequencing in the Untap step with regard to the Imp trigger and actually casting the Obsessive Search. Perhaps it's only do-able if you enter the Untap step with an Island untapped? I'm really not sure. I just really like the idea of the instant speed draw, too. Similar to Brainstorming in response to removal to bounce your targeted creature/whatever. I do like the Deep Analysis for things to do during Main Phase though.

Certainly will check 'em out when I have more time! You'd play Deep Analysis over something like Obsessive Search? I figured with OS we're operating at instant speed draw for U and have a way to get value out of Imp discard.
Hey Jessie, I absolutely love this list. Until stumbling upon it, I'd never even heard of phasing hahah. In fact I so love it that I've gone and bought it! (Minus the SB). I've been playing it against some friends pretty casually and I was wondering how good Obsessive Search might be given the Teferi's Imp phase out trigger. I found myself discarding things I didn't need, but nonetheless remembered I could be discarding and drawing too. More Winds synergy maybe? What do you think?
