It is not difficult to explain how this deck works. It is pretty straight forward. Only thing that might be difficult would be to use the effects on the cards. As some of them can be confusing. As long as you are familiar with this deck, it is easy. For instance, if you draw Primal Vigor and Hamletback Goliath and put them into play, the +1/+1 counters are doubled when they are put onto Hamletback Goliath. So, this deck can become pretty overpowered, pretty fast. Spawnwrithe is used to troll the enemy. Since they double every time they deal damage to an opponent, you can have an army in a very short time.

Add Asceticism or some hexproof creatures like Plated Slagwurm. Asceticism will help if someone happens to play Bile Blight or Sever the Bloodline. Also there are only 59 cards. Add one more. Garruk would be nice too.
