Is this deck good? I have no clue. But after seeing a similar deck using Outlaws' Merriment and Anointed Procession together, I felt inspired to play with the combo.
The deck is built around taking advantage of Anointed Procession, and using it to boost the power of as many other cards in the deck as possible. The treasure token producers give more treasures, the creature token producers give more creatures, etc. With these additional tokens, the deck can then get more cards via mana, Mentor of the Meek and Dawn of Hope, while the creature tokens themselves can overwhelm the opponent. If an alternate win condition is needed, Makeshift Munitions can use the token production to ping the opponent down.That's the idea, anyway!
