are you saying that's a good thing? and if not, the reason its not on there if you think it should be, is because i dont have any :D
Hahaha, i dont see much point giving everything to your opponents (cept the slivers) unless you just feel like taking the piss. Interesting mix if you however want to just push and win. some big stuff in there. could hurt
Side board is limited to 15 cards in most matches/ tourneys.

I have been thinking of making a R+W EDH Boros deck. Angels + soldiers are fun :). Razia as the commander with white akroma and red akroma as the backup. Only problem - getting the 8 mana to play razia and each +1 each time she dies after that.

And unfortunatly, No. Your commander has to be the colours of the deck (and in your sideboard - you cant play him in ur deck he gets cast from outside the game and is like a token - destroyed, goes to the graveyard to activate any graveyard abilities then gets removed from the game again). If you have a 4 coloured card as your commander (say rwgb), you are not allowed to use cards with blue colour. (even to the extend the mana symbols that can be either or. eg: (r/w)

Im sorry to say this, but your deck isnt an EDH. It may have 100 cards (you are only meant to have 99 in the deck + your commander btw), but the key part about edh is having 1 of every card that you want. That goes for the non-basic lands too. Also, your commander HAS to be a legendary creature. That is not an option. However I would like to see this deck formatted properly. Good luck.

My plan is to replace the two infectious horrors and a waning wurm with 3 phyrexian negators when they arrive from ebay.
hahahah again with my complete lack of cards. One of my mates has one, but he has a devour deck too... so no chance of getting it from him :P.

Land 24x Arcane Sanctum Just letting you know. The maximum of any card that isnt a "basic land" is 4.
With a few tweaks to cards, i could almost build this deck. Great idea.
EDH or Elder Dragon Highlander is a game where you have one captain (in this case he has chosen Razia - a very sexy angel i might add) and then have only one of every card. You might not get every card you want, but each and every card you do get, is meant to have some means of winning for you.
