Subbing out some forests for Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, would help make your elves sutiable combatants, plus make ur big creatures even bigger. It's a cheap card too (about $2 a copy)

I would swap out the Hex-mages with the Duress in your sideboard.
Gotta love Jace, but consider Liliana Vess as well. She gets a lot of hate, but being able to make your opponent discard, plus her tutor ability can really swing a game in your favor. Even if you only get to tutor once or twice.
