Very nice! the only suggestions that i would have would be to cut the anowon and add in another nocturnus, and also kalastria highborn is a fantastic card, but you arent comboing it with the other cards that make it shine, like bloodchief ascension, Thirst of blood, sorin markov, etc. So in my opinion i would switch it with dark rituals. Either way i love the deck! check out mine :)

If you can manage to get your hands on them i would say 4 bloodghast and 2 more nocturnus. As far as the non creature spells go, you need a little bit more to thin out their side of the field. LIke, go for the throat, disfigure, feast of blood, virulent swipe, you know? And if you find other cards that you like but dont really fit, the blood tribute and sanguine bond combo doesnt really win many games if you are playing anything better then kitchen table magic. hope this helped!
That is a problem that i have run into a few times, thats why i put the extirpates in, it started with 4 mana leaks and i found myself using that mana to cast mill cards instead of the mana leaks so that was a waste. Then it ended up being 4 surgical extraction, but i actually found myself losing first place at a tournament (would have been my first, first place) because surgical extraction doesnt have the split second i wanted. Then once i traded enough i managed to get the extirpates. Ive posted this deck on other sights and get alot of "any good mill deck has to have grindstone and painters servant" which i detest. But in my hopes and dreams one day i will have the last polluted delta, 4 watery grave, and 4 UNDERGROUND SEA. but i donts see that happening.... ever. Thanks so much for the input!
I would say add a fourth Werebear and definately add a playset of razorclaw bear, i absolutely love that bear. And to give your bears trample to really hit home i would say add rancor, thats just my opinion
