Casual because I haven't added a sideboard? The Basilisk collar is simply added for creature removal with the wolves.
May add Masked Admirer... not too sure how well it would work though. It would be the swap for Mul Daya Channelers.
I agree with the Lotus Cobra if you are looking for really aggressive mana ramp.
