Deck Description

Pre-Gatecrash version of Turbo Fog. Worst match ups are Red Deck Wins and Zombies. The Witchbane Orb has saved alot of issues with that however so its not a horrible match up. It is a consistent deck biggest problem is not having green in opening hand but you can live without green as long as you get the board clears and lands to keep you floating.

How to Play

Essentially what you need in opening hand is two-three lands with a Farseek/Think Twice and one board clear/fog. That is generally the hand you would desire do not worry on keeping a two hand land with a farseek or a 5 land hand both can work out if your not flooded on the 5 land and two land and farseek as long as its green land is a dream.

You want to board clear at any time they are tapped out with several creatures on board and three-four cards in hand. If they have one or no cards in hand this is when you just go off.

Best time to board clear is either before they declare attackers or when they do depending on the triggers of combat they have Alchemist's Refuge is a huge part of this deck. Really if you can widdle their hand down to below four cards, you have Psychic Spiral in hand and a Dissipate if your playing against control that is ideal.

Late game which if your successful will always occur your Staff of Nin will be so helpful do not be afraid to play this once you have more than six lands. Staff of Nin can kill off small creatures and its how your netted cards once you go through all your cards for quick gains like Think Twice. Idea is win with Mill but Serenity gives it a Reanimator feel and Entreat helps add a punch just for the alternative win.

Deck discussion for Bant Flash Control

Your curve is too big for a control deck. Your dependant on fog to survive against aggro decks and that will not really cut it. You have way too many high drops and no real way to control. I don't see any way of you making it to the mid game against fast decks. Even other decks would easily beat you since you are too curve heavy and not enough lands. Honestly I would ditch all the cards that are wasting your slot and should either be removed or sideboarded. Staff of nim, elixir, fogs, spiral, witchbane orb, maybe one jace can be taken out for another farseek, azorious charms. I would even take out the angels and run thragtusks instead. I don't know your deck is really a mess.

Just made tops again last night went entirely undefeated we chopped in top 4.
