Blue, White, Black Just a random idea I had for Twin Cast, and Sanguine Bond combo, Might not work too well, but eh its an Idea. fixed it up a bit, sideboard the plains and angel's mercy for the negates or cancels, heck make it a 66 card deck and just toss in the cancels from the beginning.

consume? tendrils? not sure where you are going with this
consume and tendrils, are spell fillers / creature distruction / gain life Twin Cast Copies the spell and all costs paid for it, consume and twin cast.
I do like the white, 4 mana for 7 life and 7 damage, low cost twin cast if possible, 14 and 14 for 6 mana, only way to beat that is to get out Blood tribute with bond and have a vamp out.
