this deck might not do what its supposed to do, you've got more cards for drawing than cards for milling.
The goal is to mil yourself and hope to god you have a psyhic sprial at the end. lol or flash back it with a mystic card or some other card.
lol i just saw the sideboard and why do you have a 5th think twice, thought scour, faithless looting and reforge?
i usally throw all the cards i think of playing in the sideboard if im making a deck from start.
