Very nice I like the synergy your cards have with each other. I think you should have 4 Silent Arbiters though. Maybe 2 more Oblivion Rings also, but besides that it looks good. Don't forget to also comment my decks =)

One card that might help you to get a really nice combination going with Silent Arbiter is Nacatl War-Pride. It works really well with the fact that they can only block one of them and makes you do a TON of damage.
rafiq of the many is another option, he is sick.
