yes but i only know one card that does that on turn two and by turn three or four an opponent could be dead and it gets back on its feet quickly

Hey. Do you actually hit with the Ornithopters? Have you tried to play with Hero of Oxid Ridge or Hellrider? To me, running only 20 to 22 land should be enough in an aggro deck (sometimes gets mana flooded). I built a battle cry deck a while back and there was no need for Goblin Wardriver or Goblin Arsonist. Try running Champion of the Parish and/or Stromkirk Noble with Volt Charge plus hitting with Signal Pest is really good early damage. I made people fear Signal Pest, because it was too good in the deck. Try to see if you can run Lightning Mauler, to gave your Hero of Bladehold haste. The thatcher revolt with battle cry is pretty clever. Hellrider would be the icing on this cake.
I have played against this type of decks in the past and massive creature removal like DOJ or Terminus can really hurt this deck. to deal with that you can either add cards like reforge the soul, so you draw 7 cards again and have new creatures or run in SB creatures like Glint Hawk idol or chimeric mass(they become creatures whenever you want) Also Contested war zone is a most in this type of decks. looks great, really like your combination of creatures. Its creature based so like you guys said, mass creature removal (black sun zeneith and day of judgement comes to mind, among others) spells would hurt you pretty badly.
thats why when playing this deck i always hold on to a few creaturesin my hand so it still gets back on its feet
that or you can run a couple of nevermore in your sideboard, if you know someone runs with DOJ in their decks just call DOJ with the nevermore and the problem is solved.

putting maybe 2 elspeths would be great endgame, and I would rather have more heroes of blade hold then use oxide ridge

Good job!!, I was thinking that you should reduce thatcher revolt to 2 and add 2 Rally the Peasants. even if you just have 2 ornithopter and 2 memnite on play you will be dealing 10 damage :)

Only hits one creature. If you want to do something like that, perhaps Ruthless Invasion would be better.

a smart player blocks and kills your battle cry cards. its a good idea but the best way to make it better is finding a way to beef up the toughness of the weaker guys. maybe rally the peasants? Honor of the pure? just suggestions. plus one from me
