This is a turn one kill deck and like all combo decks you need the right cards in your hand I will explain the steps. 1) open with Flash, gemstone, simian, and Protean 2) Go second to get gemstone effect 3) exile Simian and play flash to cast Protean 4) Protean Dies pull out all 4 Disciples and all 8 Artifacts play the disciples first then deal 32 damage win!

Old strategy, I'm pretty sure Protean Hulk got banned from standard because of turn 1 win combo that only needed a few cards.
