Mono blue bouncer , everything turns around equilibrium , not recommended to play matches againts non-dependant creatures decks.
The idea is to ponder early in the game to plan the next turns and order your library to play equilibrium quickly.
Most of the creatures sinergizes with equilibrium , the aetersnipe and mulldrifer are mostly evoqued , and bounced to your hand with equilibrium , that way , with 1 equilibrium and a mulldrifter , you can pay 4 , draw 2 cards and return mulldrifter to your hand (same with aetersnipe).
with cloud of faeries + spelsstuter sprite is a nice way to go in turn 2 , you can play cloud of faeries, let mana untaped to counter with spellstuter a cost 2 spell, (or 3 if the turn 1 you played faerie micreant)
quickling can block , bounce own creatures , and if you already have equilibrium , bounce oponnent creatures as well (you basically block with creatures like faerie miscreant, cloud of faeries , spellstutter sprite, other quikcling, or aether adept, then you play quickling , to return it to your hand after declare it blocker, and the quiclking now be asssigned to block now)
the lockdown comes when you have 2 (or more) equilibriums , and play an arcane laboratory , with aeter adept and 2 equilibriums you can bounce up to 2 creatures of your oponent , and return aeter adept to your hand , since now all players can play only one spell per turn , you will bounce the entire enemy board eventually.
Erratic portal is a great card for bouncing your own creatures to your hand while blocking and dont receive damage that way .. or if the opponent hasnt open mana , to bounce some of their creatures
