this is a great deck. have you thought of pack hunt? it'll get your elves faster

I play a token deck and to be honest i've gotten much more use out of sprout rather than sprout swarm. especially if you want to beef up your tokens it doesn't make sense that you would tap them to convoke sprout swarm. use regular sprout to get a token in faster and use the other mana for you +1/+1 counters. also no token deck is complete without doubling season. good luck
