i would take out the hounds for something not legendary. take out holy day for path.

you could also probably go for 10 lands so you can have more creatures
If their playing casual rules he might be able to play all the hounds at same time. In that case leave them its nice 2/2 for only 1 cost. Otherwise yeah, ditch at least 2 of them as you can only have 1 out at a time.
I would also ditch Armor of Faith for 4 more creatures or some sort of damaging spells. Enchant Creatures (or Auras) are not very mana efficient. Sure they buff well but if I have a creature destruction spell I've just take out 2 of your cards for the price of one. Global enchantments are better since I couldnt get it too along with said creature.
