I'm trying to make a deck where you just remove cards from thier library, however, I can't seem to find the right grove for this deck. I would like some suggestions because I really want to make this work. P.S. I had thought about just mana acceling to do Sadistic Sacrament with the kicker but that just seems too simple and boring.

Try going Blue/Black. There are a lot of cars and enchantments for milling with blue. Combine that with some draw cards(Targeting you opponent) The Rack and Megrim, You can force your opponent to take large amounts of damage from simply drawing and discardning cards.

I would go black green, with scrib nibblers, fastbond and cloudstone curio. You gain life as you remove a card along with untaping the scribs when ever you play a land.
