Deck Description

the point is to get out Azor's Elocutors and stall. i think its a pretty good idea. any help is appreciated. i wanted to make it standard but...i decided on adding infect into it instead. because im proliferating my Elocutors counters also their poison counters.

Deck discussion for Bant to 5 fillibuster

I like the mechanics of this deck. Proliferating Azor's Elocutors is a great idea, mana ramping with Farseek is a great idea too. Nice deck Good luck with it.

If you get a chance take a look at my W/G Human deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=403033 .

The only real problem I see is the fact that you can't protect your Azor's Elocutors from spells except the possible fuel for the cause. Other than that, it will be competing with aggro decks to to be able to be fast enough so by the time you're even getting to play Azor, you aren't already dead. Just something to think about. A hexproof, shroud, graveyard mechanic may be what you need. In fact, I'd instantly replaceInexorable Tide as it seems much too slow and make it so your Azor win con was stronger as you poison counter win con isn't all that strong in of itself.

Also, if you can, this is a deck I'm trying to get a lot of opinions on... if you or anyone else can give this a look, I'd greatly appreciate it. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=402079

I like the mechanics of this deck as well. The only thing I think is missing is at least one creature/artifact with an "enter the battlefield" ability that has synergy with Venser's +2 ability because you're going to have to use it if he's out. But I definitely give it a like.
