i though of the name and said hey well thats a pretty good name. if you have circu out this deck just tears through your opponents...
i would try to use circu asap if you can get him. uses discarding to lessen the options your opponent has. the counter spells are in the side deck because you will use them trust me. sands of delirium is boss because i only use it when i have leftover mana. makes all your mana go to use.

This is awesome deck. Try Time Sculpt in place of some Horrifying Revelation, or Duress.
Love Dimir, and Horrifying revelation is one of my fav. cards. Maybe take out a Duress for another circu? You can't go wrong with mind funeral either.
