This could work. I would add some squee, goblin dude to get more milage out of the bazaar. Maybe the Onslaught fetchlands and more duels would be a better route then the city of brass/gemstone mine but the draw back is once you decide you may be mana screwed later. Fastbond could have a place in this deck. The only draw back to this deck is there are a lot of decks in vintage that don't use creatures for the win.
