Since you only have eight creatures in here, cipher isn't as important. Id say drop two whispering madness and add two ashioks. Ashioks first ability allows you to exile/mill opponents top three cards, second ability is using their exiled creatures against them and ulti exiles their hand and grave. Also, if your mana curve allows it, you should look into reap intellect.

I just thought about it and nevermind what I said. I was thinking that the three damage only came if the creature died because of the spell. It is one awesome card.

Honestly, I would drop true searing blood to sideboard because the only time it is good is in the early game. Aggro/weenie matchups love it though. Id go lightning strike or magma jet instead.

Id sideboard a couple hero's downfalls. It is an instant speed kill spell. Also a couple mizzium mortars in the sb for aggro/weenie matchups. I would also lose one of the mogis. At three, you are guaranteed to draw into at least one. When there are four, you risk a dead topdeck if you have him out. One more thing. Id consider master of cruelties at least in the sb. When he swings, opponent has to block or else your aggro swarming will cause them to lose the one life they have left. If you don't mind, could you check out my rakdos midrange. The only midrange decks I ever make have green to ramp into threats, so I need some advice.

I love the herald of torment in here. I was wondering, why don't you have one orntwo purphoros in here? You have a bunch of small, easy to cast creatures. Pop him onto the field, next turn cast a shred freak and spike jester, cause four damage with purphoros swing five for nine damage total, four of which cant be prevented unless creature is countered.

The thing about excavate is she has haste and first strike and usually, you are going to unleash her. She becomes a kill spell.

Sweet, you have two of my favorite born of the gods creatures in here. Tromo and arbiter are awesome. I'm actually kind of surprised you didn't put in phantom warrior or deathcult rogue. I'm not too big on four archetypes in here. I would cut them down to two or three at most. A land you might like is rogue's passage. For 4 mana (I think) it makes target creature unblockable. You might also like an artifact called glaring spotlight. It takes hexproof away from opponents creatures and if you pay three mana and sacrifice it, allnof your creatures get hexproof and unblockable.

A couple copies of clone could be useful in here. There is also jace, memory adept. He doesn't break the bank and he helps mill opponent out sooner. I also think you should drop two disciples and a servant for three omenspeakers. With mononlue mill, you need a way to get to your mill spells faster. I have always loved mill and though it is slower than a black blue version, it is good for budget. +1 from me. Check out my infinite mill deck. Id love to get your opinion on it.

A couple suggestions. Two or three boon satyrs could be useful as an instant speed aura. Heliod would be great since he will almost always be a creature and his mana ability makes enchantment creatures, and lets face it, vigilance on big creatures is always fun. Spear of heliod pumps your creatures while it is out and destroys a creature that dealt damage to you. Just some thoughts. Gets a +1 from me. Hope you don't mind if I borrow this idea.

Pretty dang awesome deck. Personally, I would take out one or two prophets because she is a pain to topdeck when younhave her out. Also, look into getting one or two progenitor mimic. It clones a creature and clones out a token copy every upkeep. I would put in a playset of either experiment one or shambleshark. They are both guaranteed to get big, and shark has some late game usage if you have mana open during your opponents turn. Flash it in at the end of opponents turn, upkeep, untapped everything, pop something out to evolve it. Or you can flash it in as a chump blocked. Just some of my thoughts.

I agree with this. Also, what do you think about a sideboarded anger? (As a side note, I saw a deck very similar to this last month. Here is a link so that you can see what he did.)

Since your focus as far as devotion is red, why not put in some reckoners or burning tree emissary? Really like the deck. +1 from me. Check out this deck if you get the chance. I'm still not that good at mfg so maybe you could help me out on this.

Too bad this is not grixis colors. Then you could play sire of insanity. Something you could look into for sideboard perhaps is reap intellect. Cool deck though.
