Increasing Confusion.Sands of delirium.Those are my only suggestions...Sands so you can tap out, your mana, and you don't waste. Waste is harsh in Mill, using every drop of available mana is key.Also don't be afraid to run some draw in there, you need the hand to keep up with you spell casting.
