This could easily be standard legal. Though, having the Rampager is what makes this such a threat.Some thoughts for replacements though: Colossal Heroics, Crater's Claws, Dictate of the Twin Gods, Howl of the Horde, War-Name Aspirant, Boon Satyr.The Raid mechanic would work well here as you're only ever getting the Flamespeaker's ability if you attack.
