Because it's an easy win con to bring out with all that mana
and you dont need JUST allies in an ally deck. this is quite nice and i love the crab umbra bit. bam
True- Emrakul pops up in all sorts of decks. For example, without him in this deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=151019 ...I'd have an elf deck. With him, I have a scary deck (in my opinion). Eldrazi can contribute pretty well in the right places.
