Several issues.First: I would decrease your lands by maybe 5. 100 lands for a 250 deck is a but much.Second: Bring in some black cards. The chance of drawing BoW in a game is extremely low, so you need to add some tutors to increase that chance. Battle of wits isn't very effective without these tutors.Third: Cards like Tome Scour aren't very good unless you are milling. Since the win condition here isn't mill, I recommend taking these out to make room for the tutors.Fourth: Your focus shouldn't be on dealing damage. Your creatures should be focused on defending, not going on the offensive.Overall, you're on the right track. This deck has some definite potential.
