i would build this deck it looks fun but i dont have the lands thats all and 3 more sould ransoms but i really like this looks really fun!

i dont get the point of slumbering dragons, most removal burns spells can take them out, and all of your sorcery and control prevents damage to you by removal of opponents creatures. I think vexing devils would be more suitable for this deck
i really like slumbering dragons first of all and it is great when i have slow hand or verse agro which is becoming a thing though i do see your point and will probably put them in my side board
wouldnt it make them waste a burn spell then on a early 1 drop instead of something good for later and also if they dont it also becomes a threat sorry this is a late respons xD
I would try to add a few Scared Foundries, take out like 1 plains and two mountains and add Boros Reckoner for defense and possibly add some Boros Charms to your sideboard. Just a suggestion, really love this deck! :)
