Discard black mono. Sewer Nemesis is there for a big creature late game if needed, toss up between him, Nyxathid or Phyrexian Obliterator. Quest for Nihil Stone needs testing, might be better to use the 4 Wheel of Torture from sideboard. Drain Life is versitle selective direct damage / life gain / potential game ender. Diabolic edict can help pave the way for attacks or help defense in an instant and handles untargetables. Nezumi is only 3x because of legendary status. Might not be bad to have a 2nd in hand, but probably not often. Hypnotic may get replaced with Liliana's Specter, testing needed. Sideboard: Mainly focused on handling Leyline of Sanctity, COP Black or heavy card drawers.

Yea, I don't have any wastelands, which would be a suitable replacement to be legal, and with 61 cards the 2nd tutor could be pulled. Worse case I would pull 3 strip mines for 2 swamps as I really only count them as 50% of a land source.
The rack! Haha love! Looks solid, what about using somethin that could shuffle your graveyard bak into lib or exile opponents grave as well!
If I exile their GY then I need to switch the Sewer Nemesis to Nyxathid. I'm not too worried about my GY, if it takes long enough to become a worry, I've probably lost ;)
