Because I like red. Budget-ish red standard deck. No mythics or anything. The most expensive card here's probably the Lavamancer. No Zendikar or M11 since they're rotating out in a month. The idea here is to make the guy sitting across from you be on fire. A lot. Rush with gobbos, spam burn spells as you see fit. Wardriver and Signal Pest fuel the assault via battle cry (Hero of Oxid Ridge might've been nice, but he's expensive). Once you've got a decent board position, use Manabarbs and hope your small spells outlast their medium or large ones.
