My fastest so far was 5 rounds. Still looking for ways to speed it up.
If you want it to go faster, you'd definitely want to cut out some of the higher costing cards. Check this deck out:http://www.mtgvault.com/baroncappuccino/decks/balls-to-the-wall/It's not even my deck, but it's brutal and moves REALLY fast. Should give you some good ideas.

The problem is, when I start changing things, it can get heavy... Remove Shrine of Burning Rage (To slow), Galvanoth (To expensive, thus comes to late), Lavaborn Muse (To expensive, thus comes to late) and Wall of Fire (You want to stay aggresive and thus don't need defenders) Remove Lash Out (See "Searing Blaze" under suggestions), Fireball (Rather expensive, 1 mana for 1 damage isn't a good ratio), Stone Rain (Land destruction in a burn deck? Waste of good time and cards), Traitorous Blood (Burn wants to shoot on your opponent, and largly ignore his creatures), Traitorous Instinct (Burn wants to shoot on your opponent, and largly ignore his creatures) and Tribal Flames (cc2, 1 damage in this deck) Some suggestions, based on my monoR burn deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/monor-burn/) Ball Lightning ({R}{R}{R}; 6/1; trample; haste; sacrifice EOT), Hellspark Elemental ({1}{R}; 3/1; trample; haste; sacrifice EOT; unearth {1}{R}) Magma Jet ({1}{R}, scry 2, 2 damage to target opponent (or creature)), Searing Blaze ({R}{R}, 1 damage to target opponent and one of his creatures; landfall: if you played a land this turn, 3 damage instead of 1), Shard Volley ({R}, sacrifice a land, 3 damage to target opponent (or creature)), Lava Spike ({R}; 3 damage to target opponent), Rift Bolt ({2}{R}; suspend 1: {R}; 3 damage to target opponent (or creature)) And yes, the burn list is rather deadlocked ;) I hope I was able to give you some ideas Greetings Muktol
After seeing this, I may just make a second deck. I found out last night that this deck is pretty effective in a 2 headed dragon. But i 'm getting some pretty sweet ideas from you guys.
