OK first off only comment what you know. you have no idea what a sliver deck is. you don't know the rules of magic. The amount is 40 to 60. its pointless to have more then one copy of a sliver because giving you slivers first strike twice doesn't help at all.
for it to be control you should make it blue black and add kill spells.
