Deck discussion for Mono Blue Control Draw Go

First of all... NO FORCE OF WILL OR MANA DRAIN?? Btw, are you seriously trying to kill them with your lands...

If you have card advantage then you can just forbid everything they play or have some other counter to answer.

And I don't have the budget for $20+ cards

This is a link to the card advantage article. I used his deck as a skeleton for my control deck.

Card advantage alone won't win the game. You need credible threats to take advantage of the extra cards. I'd run Snow-Covered Islands, and drop the Stalking Stones for two Scrying Sheets and two Rishadan Port. Drop the Leaden Fists and Excludes for Morphling and Force Spike, and I'm not too keen on the Rune Snags either. And Fact or Fiction would be a better inclusion than Whispers of the Muse. None of those cards should set you back too much, aside from Morphling, and even that can be substituted for any solid creature.

Control decks usually have a handful of threats. If Morphling, Mana Drain, and Force of Will are out of your budget, you should play cheaper spells like Mana Leak and Meloku, the Clouded Mirror.

You should consider playing Capsize. Capsize is pretty ridiculous.

Ya capsize would be a much better solution than leaden fists

for it to be control you should make it blue black and add kill spells.

Yea Cakins some of us can't buy cards that are $40 and $100+....
Nice deck, but the way you are trying to kill them I think should be though over again.
