You'll always want Illness in the Ranks in your hand from the start. You can worry about getting Kresh on the field later, there's plenty of control in this deck to make keep your opponent in check. Blood Artist is another important card in this deck, gaining you life every single time a token dies. The "hunted" creatures are excellent for this kind of deck, spawning tokens that die as soon as they hit the field, activating the Artist's or Kresh's ability. Ratchet Bomb is a token wipeout card that costs two mana to cast and requires no charge counters to kill tokens. Mogg Infestation is another excellent creature wipeout card. If Illness in the Ranks or Virulent Plague happen to be in play as you cast it, you kill all of your opponent's creatures, then all the Goblin tokens die, thus the Artist and Kresh have a field day. Forbidden Orchard is the best land you could get in this deck. As long as you have Illness out on the field, Orchard is a free one mana of any color without coming into play tapped (as well as fodder for Kresh and the Artist).Edit: Added Rockslide Elemental. Its function is identical to Kresh's.
