ok this deck is a bit all over the place. there are too many possibilities to choose from and its isnt certain that you will draw the cards you want. i suggest building a deck around 2-3 strategies therefore you will get cards you want easily and the deck runs smoother. If you would like some inspiration ive made a white deck similar to yours in a way. Its a bit expensive to build but it is very effective. It is also built for legacy but it can still run in standard until october. try something along the lines of how my deck is built.

Focused on production of soldier tokens and combined with Rhox Pikemaster, Captain of the Watch and Honor of the Pure therefore dealing a lot of damage late game usually ending the game in 2-3 turns after the soldier tokens are out. 3. Anti red and black.
yeahhh but my idea was to do a deck i could destruc and gain life and attack with awesome creatures till my angels goes in
i completely understand that but ur strategy needs to be limited and ur cards more consistent i suggest a lifegain/stall strategy. with cards like perimeter captain and baneslayer angel which give u life no matter what. then run 4 basilisk collars in order to give ur creatures both deathtouch and lifelink. and try 2 stoneforge mystics. they will help u draw the artifacts u need. also cards like ajani's mantra and ajani's pride mate work well together with the lifegain/stall tactics. maybe throw in a serra ascendent or 2. trust me it'll work.

kk but don't have money to upgrade it so... i only have a few good cards to put in not that much
