You must have a melira in play and a creature with persist. Sac the persist creature with blasting station do 1 damage. Then persist triggers. So the creature will come back with a -1/-1 counter on it, but with melira in play you can't put a -1/-1 counter on your creature. But the persist still triggers and puts the creature onto the battle field. Blasting station untaps and repeat this an infinite times...

So with Claudron Haze you can exile all other permanents with archon of justice or infinite tokens with the titan...

with cauldron haze, u can think of any friken creature and it will still work, thats whut is cool.

actually.....
once the creature is in the graveyard... it comes back as a new "thing", which mean it doesn't have persist anymore, so cauldron haze would only work once... :/

but you can do it with Cauldron of Souls + Dross Scorpion(give it persist with cauldron)...

here's the official ruling...
403.4. Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield, it becomes a new object and has no relationship to any previous permanent represented by the same card, except for the cases listed in rule 400.7. (This is also true for any objects entering any zone.)
