Why so slowly?

What about using some of these cards?

I normally only use 2 copies of any legend and planeswalker.
Over 2 copies tends to take up valuable deck space.

Sure but it would really be unlikely that they would search their lib. I would sideboard it for a heavy reanimate deck.

This is the mill Deck I am using. A bit more expensive and not mono-blue at all but there are some solid cards in there. http://www.mtgvault.com/mtgnerdrage/decks/mill-away-your-sorrows/

Also, the Combo I gave you is good to sub out in the case that a person does not use much fetch.

Added bonus, on the off chance you draw all 4 traps and they evolving wilds turn one. ....

Nothing brings a smile to your face like being able to say "Mill 52" before you have even had a turn.

Ok, I just added this to the unloved section after making a few revisions. Feedback is good. I am trying to be affordable but I am willing to consider some higher end cards. I

Archive Trap with Ghost Quarter is fun stuff if you can get them to bite. It tends to be a solid deterrent from searching their deck if they are aware of it in your deck. Neither are super costly.

Added ghost quarter to trigger the archive traps. Not sure how I feel about it yet but it seemed like a fun idea.

Not sure if it fits but what about an Unwinding Clock?

I had the Dark Rituals in for the early Aberration or a solid mind grind early in the game. Also, what do you guys think about shifting the Jace Memory Adapts in? I love them but I feel like I would be slowing down the deck a bit.

So I added boomrang, removed psychic strike as it was a 3 cost vs a 2 cost. I added the swans.

Snapcaster looks good too, price may be an issue for it though. Going on my wishlist.

Ok, lots of good feedback. I'm going to look up those cards and move the Archive Traps. I'll make adjustments. Please let me know once I have what your thoughts are.
As for the Glimpse, I am trying to keep my feet on the ground price wise. They are pretty costly. If I can find them for a fair price, I will add them.

Thoughts on Life from the Loam?
Not so much as mana ramp but instead as a means to move things around via dredge?
