The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

Get Noyan out ASAP, then abuse him with Mirari, swing in with a bunch of lands! (its worth noting that Noyan's ability CAN stack onto a land more than once, making it a 6/6, then 9/9, then 12/12, and so on.) Gigadrowse for evasion, Train of thought fr card advantage, Elixir of Immorality in-case the game goes long. Have Fun!EDIT: It has occurred to me that Replicate will NOT trigger Noyan, so this is much less powerful. Oops.

Given that this is a more casual deck, either Isochron Scepter, or Panoptic Mirror might be worth a shot.

Since you want to take advantage of Noyan's ability I would take out Sol ring (as it is not legal in anywhere except Commander) and add four more targets, be it instant or sorceries. Also because of it's high casting cost and it being legendary I would take out two Mirari and take out one Elixir of immortality and add three lands because you need lands for noyans effect to take place.
