great deck for modern, easy to disable the other player(s). Edit to the way you see fit you will definitely need a sideboard for when your opponent sees that you have a counter deck they will most likely pull a hexproof sideboard for this situation.
you will want to focus on countering when you see fit. Also try to use non combat damage when you can to either get the creatures out of the way or, to take the player down to where its easy to win with small creatures. use telepathy ASAP. Goliath sphinx is good to play when you opponent has little to no usable mana. when you see that your opponent is getting a lot of mana then play mind sculpt to possibly keep them from getting their better cards. psychic barrier is especially good for their bigger creatures so you can not only counter the creature but make them lose 1 life. after you use your first counter spell card then pay close attention to what he/she plays. its easy to let the opponent trick you by putting out pawns and saving bigger creatures for when they think its safe.
