This deck is completely free of rares, and is entirely Kamigawa Block. It's goal is to stall while ramping up mana, most notably through Kodama's Reach and the engine of Elder Pine of Jukai and Loam Dweller. The deck quickly takes control of the game through spliced Glacial Rays, Consuming Vortexes, and Psychic Puppetry. The point is to never hard-cast any splicable card in the deck, but instead use other cards like Eerie Procession to splice onto and to tutor for replacement spells. The usual win condition is Ire of Kamanari, which can easily do upwards of eight damage, as well as repeated splicing of Glacial Rays.
