a completely rediculous and fun rendition of my previous attempts at a stax-lands hybrid deck. This rendition uses tons of more lands to make tempo plays and close out games in much more sane ways. Such as swarms of wolves and thopters or gargoyles. Also cut down on the sheer amount of artifacts we dont want to see at all times.
1-ofs = toolbox for tempo or lockdownMatchups:Maverick; this deck dies to thopter foundry + sword of the meek and ensnaring bridge and are horribly slowed down by a chalice and sphere. So this matchup is actually pretty good. So much so that half the time you wont even need to sideboard in anything since this deck can fight through uncounterable artifact destruction and qasali pridemage. Batterskull is a liability since ensnaring bridge exists and the deck folds hard to early tangle wires when you have wastelands and they still have fetches.
