Deck Description

My take on a pod deck
It takes advantage of creatures that have persist and undying so when you pod one of them you get double your money! Thats good, with remembrance you get triple your money since you get a podded creature, the same creature back onto the field, and another one in your hand! Generating card advantage, board position, and the ability to net another creature in the process with a two card setup you can use on anything you want, including your manlands.

How to Play

It seems as if though games can go a few ways
1. You have an opening hand with shocks, a heirarch and a pod. You go fast as you can and eliminate threats while simultaniously making your board state rediculous until you overrun your opponent.
2. You have a pod or lands or a heirarch but it takes a few turns to get to the rediculous point.
3. You have a terrible hand but already mulliganed to 5 and anything beyond that is almost unplayable.
Games for this deck often make you think "can I pod turn 3? If not thats ok, can I pod turn 4? If I cant I may have to reconsider this hand."
So far this observation is done versus my maverick deck, which won against this 2-1.

Your biggest thing to fight against is disruption.
Ala doom blade, oblivion ring, abrupt decay. Anything that disrupts your combo is going to absolutely screw you. This is where the sideboard and remembrance comes in. Krosan grip, vendilion clique, and force those remembrances in the face of removal and disruption. Another huge thing against this is path to exile, you run no basic lands. Its a no brainer that against path to exile you have no edge.
This observation came from playing against my modern aristocrats deck, it went 2-1 against it.

Also awnsers itself are a bit on the wierd side.
For one if your pod breaks you cant do anything but wait
but if you have rememberance you can be an odd deck that just waits people out
if both are gone then you cant do anything and crumble.
Playing against a B/G midrange bear deck and losing very handidly was a startle and makes me think I need something that can protect the pod earlier. That and rememberance. Once again against heavy removal side in vendilion clique and maybe another glen elandra and watery grave

I'm also trying out child of alara and platinum angel in the main deck to see if they can help, for one i would like a board wipe and if I can choose the triggers then I could use child of alara sacrificing it to pod, wipe the board, then get a 6 drop out which would be great. If not then oh well.
