The goal of the deck is to get mindcrank + bloodchief ascension as the primary win combo - all else is to support getting there or alternate win-con. I wanted a singleton venser, but i opted for 25 lands given the mana-base stretch. Even though everything is pretty low cost, wrong mana could screw me over.
