Deck Description

Basic Idea:
The idea to this deck came when looking through an equipment deck. I don't know why "whenever something becomes target of something" came to my mind but a second later "wasn't there some card which did exactly that?" rushed through. Well the card exists, but it doesn't work for equipment's...would be to overpowered to equip e.g. a Bonesplinter to a creature and get +3/+3 just because Wild Defiance is on the field.

Without duallands the deck would be around 85 bucks, I would consider that budgetish ;)

Tests:
At the moment this deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to further improve this deck.

How to Play

[[Wild Defiance]] strengthens a creature that gets targeted by any spell. The important thing here is that it relies on getting targeted, not casting something! In Battle for Zendikar [[Zada, Hedron Grinder]] made his appearance and he copies every spell that target only himself on all creatures you own. Copies aren't cast but that doesn't hinder [[Wild Defiance]] from triggering. Your prowess creatures at least get +1/+1 until end of turn for one played spell.
The deck can work without [[Wild Defiance]] or [[Zada, Hedron Grinder]] but when your opponent manages to early get rid of both it will be rather hard to win.

A single [[Wild Defiance]] on the field, combined with Zada, will convert a cc1 [[Brute Force]] +3/+3 into an killing +6/+6 for all your creatures.
[[Viridescent Wisps]] and [[Verdant Rebirth]] allow you to draw as many cards as you control creatures (when played on Zada of course).

The sideboard features [[Glistener Elf]] which gives you a good chance of killing an opponent with one blow. I added only 3 of him because I don't want to draw him too early, at last not before I get my hand on a [[Wild Defiance]].
[[Apostle's Blessing]] and [[Postmortem Lunge]] can only be cast through phyrexian mana (-2 life) but the blessing gives you access to colour protection, and [[Postmortem Lunge]] can get you back a creature (e.g. Zada) when you need one from your graveyard.

Deck discussion for R/G: Spellslinger

The Wild Defiance + Zada, Hedron Grinder trick is pretty cool.

But there are a few spells I would use in place of others.
Blossoming Defense is a good card, but I personally prefer Vines of Vastwood. While for 1 mana it may seem worse, the kicker gives a bigger buff. But the reason I prefer it is you can use it to deny the opponent from targeting his own cretures.
I would also find a way to include Mutagenic Growth and possibly Gut Shot for "free" spells that target.

Nivmagus Elemental can "eat" copies of spells. You can "eat" them after all the triggered abilities are added to the stack.
Blistercoil Weird has a pseudo prowess effect.

Also, a note: Copied spells will not trigger Satyr Hoplite's Heroic, because it only triggers if the spell targeting it was cast. Similarly, copied spells don't trigger Prowess, only the original one will.

While not a spell that can target, I think Rhythm of the Wild should find its way into the 75. Haste on these types of cretures can be a powerful effect.

I removed 2 Blossoming Defense to add 2 Vines of Vastwood and 4 Satyr Hoplite (I was never really happy with that card) to add 4 Nivmagus Elemental
What would you remove to add 3-4 Mutagenic Growth?

While I'm aware that Verdant Rebirth and Viridescent Wisps are draw spells, I feel that Mutagenic Growth fits their slots better, mostly on raw burst damage.
