While sorting through my collection I stumbled upon a playset of "Scepter of Empires" and "Crown of Empires". The question remaining was how tu support those artifacts.Blue was rather clear and easy to find as color as it provides artifact tutors, carddraw and control spells. I also knew that I would need 3-4 mana as fast as possible to search and play the Empire artifacts and green was thus my color of choice. This deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.
"Axebane Guardian" in combination with some other defenders should be able to ramp enough mana to quickly search and play the Empire artifacts. 8 counterspells should keep any threats at bay while using the artifacts power to defeat your opponent.
