Deck Description

[u]Basic idea[/u]
Proliferate is one of my favourite keywords in magic and as [[Experiment One]] became pauper legal with Double Masters 2022 I wanted to see if I could come up with a good evolve deck... and add some proliferate spells as both fit together nicely.

I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.

[u]Conclusions from the tests[/u]
The deck is fun to play and the evolve creatures can grow quite the size, especially if you have 1 or 2 [[Thrummingbird]] on the battlefield... and your opponent doesn't have a ton of removal. One of the last changes I did was removing [[Tuskguard Captain]] for [[Duskshell Crawler]]. The captain is more aggressive, but the Crawler comes into play with a +1/+1 counter already (If you choose him as target) and thus is a better option for a proliferate heavy deck.

I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.

How to Play

[[Cloudfin Raptor]] and [[Experiment One]] benefit from string creatures entering on your side of the field. They are especially happy if you get two [[Dream Stalker]] in your hand and bounce them back continuously to increase their strength. [[Thrummingbird]] and [[Contentious Plan]] help you to further increase the number of +1/+1 counters on your creatures.
