Deck Description

[u]Basic Idea[u]
I've had [[Breathless Knight]] on my radar for a long time but never found the time to build a deck around him. I did stumble upon the card again today and so I decided it was the time to do something with him now.

[u]Tests[/u]
I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.

[u]Conclusions from the tests[/u]
The deck is fun to play, but you have to keep sharp track of what happens with your graveyard. I had to replace [[Recommission]] with [[Angelic Renewal]], because the XMage database is missing the first one. I first though this would be a major drawback, but while [[Recommission]] allows you to get back a creature you want to in your turn and strengthen it, [[Angelic Renewal]] allows you to return a creature when it dies and at no cost that you have to pay at that very moment. The decks I've the most problems with where stompy and life gain/ drain, stompy because of its sheer power and life gain/ drain because this deck has a lot of creatures entering and leaving the battlefield and basically kills itself against life gain/ drain.

I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.

How to Play

You have a lot of small creatures that help you to survive an early rush, until you can play [[Breathless Knight]]. [[Carrion Feeder]] serves as backup-plan, but also enables you to sacrifice your small creatures and get them back, to empower your knights.
Your unearth spells empower you knight further (Or bring them back from your graveyard) while they also can bring back fodder for [[Carrion Feeder]].

If you have 1 [[Carrion Feeder]] and at least 2 [[Myr Servitor]] on the battlefield you can sacrifice 1 [[Myr Servitor]] each turn, best done at the end of your opponents turn. This way you get the Servitor back at the beginning of your next turn, empowering [[Carrion Feeder]] and any [[Breathless Knight]] you have on the battlefield at that time.
