I would add a third basic island since you are running cryptics and bloodmoon happens. Maybe add one more path in favor of push? Try to find room for lingering souls. Remands and spell snares could be worth a few spots.

The list looks solid, but some of the card decisions confuse me a bit.

I can understand the regeneration aspect of Wrath Of God can be nice, but I think the uncounterability of Supreme Verdict is just better considering the increase of Death And Taxes lately, being able to not be countered by a Judge's Familiar may be important and better against Death's Shadow or other Delver lists.

I'm also not too hot on the 1cmc Hand Disruption in control lists like this, when you are trying to grind out a game the last thing you want to draw is a discard spell that doesn't help sometimes. If you want some hand disruption I would recommend playing Collective Brutality for the versatility.

I also agree above with thoqqu, Being a control list you should play a few more basics to not get locked out and to save some life in match ups. Lingering Souls is a great speed bump against decks and can be a very good win con all on it's own. I'm not too sure about Remands in this slower deck, but Spell Snare can serve well, despite it's stock going down with the main threats being a 1 drop and Delve threats.

Other then that, I'm not too hot on Liliana of the Veil, she is powerful but you never want to discard your answers, so I feel like she is better suited to the sideboard or in smaller numbers, preferably paired with Lingering Souls so you have an upside to the discarding.
I think by cutting the smaller discard suite you can add in more interaction with countermagics and removal, stuff like Blessed Alliance, Countersquall, Devour Flesh and Murderous Cut to just name a few to cover other bases where Fatal Push and Path to Exile don't.

I don't know about the sideboard unless I dig around in other lists, so give me some time for that, unless you are good on that.

The cards that I have added to the sideboard are cards that will either make the main board, maybe cards and just regular sideboard stuff.
