my only concern for you is the fact that 16 of your lands will come in tapped and most of your creatures have a high mana cost. other than that, its pretty good at control

putting those particular lands in was to keep it at low cost and as far as the high mana cost more than half of my spells will mana ramp and even allow me to use the opponents mana.
you should find someway to increase mana ramping a bit more and find some lands that dont tap when they enter. but i think the high mana cost is a non issue here
