Deck discussion for Phenax's Trickery

Try to put almost only walls as creatures like hover barrier, wall of frost, murmuring phantasm and a few big impact creatures, change you enchantment creatures for some sorcery mill ou some defensife spells like hero's downfall or counterspells. Then just mill thm out with your walls combined to phenax's abbility or with sorceries. With those walls you can easely remove your millstones with those walls

Go Phenax! Let's go kill/mill some people!

cyclonic rift is a way better choice than hubris i think. for the same mana cost, you might prefer shipwreck signer or duskmantle guildmage than disciple of deceit. the fact tat disciple of deceit is inspired means you have to attack with it, keep it alive till your turn. i think it might just get blocked and destroyed every time, shipwreck signer abbility are just better for combat and duskmantle guildmage can kill really quick when you mill your opponent, you might want to proxy the deck to see wich one you prefer. it your call

So if phenax is the base of your deck, you might want to switch your 2 millstone for 2 phenax cause if you dont draw phenax yoyre pretty fucked

I'm not too keen on Hubris in here, I'd swap out 1 Dissolve and your Hubris for 3 Psychic Strike
Also, I'd only play 2 Thoughtsieze and maybe some removal e.g. Grisly Spectacle

By the way, Comsuming Aberration and Rogue's Passage help a lot but I would go 2 max

Trust me on this: Sometimes, it is better to have a backup strategy. A deck like this can be taken out my midrange fairly easily. Not saying that yours will, but I've had my fair share of decks like this. You could at least SB 2 Rogue's Passage

You may also want to look at Jace, Memory Adept too.
Here's my Dimir mill deck for you to check out:
